Turning agricultural waste into energy, we use biofuels like cashew and groundnut shells to power our operations. By moving away from fossil fuels like coal and natural gas, we reduce emissions and create a cleaner, more responsible way to power our factory.
Closing the Water Loop
Our in-house rainwater harvesting system collects rainfall in dedicated storage tanks, which is then pumped back into the underground water table for reuse. This simple yet effective process reduces water waste, conserves natural resources, and helps maintain local groundwater levels.
Powering Up with the Sun
We’ve integrated solar-powered lighting into parts of our facility, harnessing clean energy to reduce our reliance on conventional electricity and lower our carbon footprint.
Cleaner Air, Smarter Production
Our production facility is equipped with an advanced Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) unit that filters smoke, fine dust, and other particulate matter from outgoing emissions. By actively reducing air pollutants, we ensure our operations are cleaner, safer, and environmentally responsible.
Giving Fabrics Second Life
We actively incorporate recycled polyester fabrics into our product portfolio, transforming waste into high-performance materials. This approach reduces landfill impact, conserve resources, and support a more circular manufacturing process.
Sustainability Beyond the Factory Floor
We ensure that any unused or waste material from our factory is sent to certified recyclers, giving it a new purpose instead of adding to landfills.
A part of our factory grounds is also dedicated to organic farming, where fresh produce is grown and shared with our employees, promoting well-being and a culture of care from the ground up.
